in pencil. Fine, rich impression. Margins soiled, and with
a repaired tear into lower margin edge.
One of
a sequence of six drypoints made in the Berlin Tiergarten
(Zoological Gardens) in the winter of 1920-21. Like all of
Corinth's landscapes, this would have been drawn directly
from nature.
