drypoint and aquatint, 187 x 143 mm (7 3/8 x 5 5/8") plus
full margins, printed in dark brown ink on cream imitation
Japan paper. Signed in pencil. Very fine, rich impression
in fresh condition. A proof, without the blindstamp, apart
from the edition of 125 published in Die
Schaffenden in 1922. Milet records the edition as not
being numbered (although this impression is, perhaps in another
hand?) and mentions some proofs on the same paper and without
the blindstamp.
